СTO regime imposed in Grodno, Grodno Oblast as part of exercise
The State Security Committee of Belarus has introduced a counter-terrorist operation (CTO) regime in Grodno and Grodno Oblast as part of the command-staff exercise organized by the Belarusian Internal Affairs Ministry.
This envisages the use of military and other special-purpose equipment, enhanced control and traffic restrictions.
